bgd5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, if any of the following circumstances are found to apply:

• The account holder is found to have violated any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
• The account is suspected of being used for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes, or bgd5 is required by law or a competent authority to close it.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bgd5 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before any dormancy closure action is taken.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations as they relate to users based in Bangladesh.
